No more right click terminal

When did it move from the menu? I can't remember a time when it wasn't
in System Tools > Terminal, but maybe my memory is too short? I think
that the menu is pretty much the canonical spot for finding things in
the current GUI, and dragging a menu entry to a panel if you want a
launcher for easier access really isn't that much work.

That's probably because you were teaching people stuff that involved
terminal usage. Most people can't be bothered. The reaction I have seen
from most people when they see me pop up a terminal window is just a
some combination of horror and disgust. The terminal really can't be
seen as part of the user interface for "regular" users.

No need to tell me how great the terminal is, I know, and I have a
launcher on my panel. It's not going anywhere. But I'm strange and I
know it.
