That may be because the changelog doesn't say anything about "fix bustedness on x64_64".

In seriousness, "busted" means nothing to anybody other than you, honestly.  I've already referenced https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=163665 on this list which seems like it may be your issue.  If it is not, then I suggest filing your own bug with information more useful than "busted" such as a gdb backtrace if available and a strace if that's all you have.  Any other details you can think of are useful as well.
