Yum Upgrade Faq

A new problem that has popped up twice is that after getting 'yum
upgrade yum' to work, yum no longer works!  It says that it can't find
it's libraries to run.  The fix is to upgrade rpm-* (which leads me to
believe that rpm-python is the culprit) and all is well again.
