Build 2.6.12 on FC4?

Without initrd, /dev/console and other entries will be missing. This can
be fixed by
| mount --bind / /mnt
| /sbin/MAKEDEV -x -d /mnt/dev console zero random urandom null tty tty{0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9}
| umount /mnt
