Mailman 2.1.6 released (includes security related updates)

Note that 2.1.6 fixes CAN-2005-0202, but FC4 already contains a backported 
fix for this issue, and FC3 and FC2 were previously issued with updates 
(FEDORA-2005-131 and FEDORA-2005-132)

(The XSS mentioned is CAN-2004-1177, fixed by FEDORA-2005-241, 
FEDORA-2005-242, and included by backport in FC4 already)
