If the gstreamer-plugins in fc4 are ever updated to include the
necessary plugin... i'll push istanbul for extras fc4. Istanbul is
essentially just a gui wrapper over a gst pipeline. But the gst plugin
that makes the magic work was introduced in a version of gst later
than what is in fc4... so until fc4 gst is updated istanbul in fc4
extras is particularly pointless.
