No U-SCSI for AIC7880 and 2.6.13 kernel

to diagnose this it's probably easiest to capture the dmesg of both kernels,
diff those, and then send that diff to the linux-scsi at vger.kernel.org
mailinglist (together with the explenation you already gave in this
email)
