xenguest-install.py / virDomainCreateLinux failing since 8/17 on Rawhide

I am seeing the following failure when trying to create a vm guests on an 
I386 system.
I have seen this on the 8/17 and 8/18 trees. It was working on the 8/16 
tree.
The kernel I am running is 2.6.17-1.2571.fc6xen

Starting install...

access

Did this latest change in Libvert cause this error?
Is this a known error and should I open a bugzilla.
