Upgrade Mesa to latest Mesa-CVS?

No problem, any verdict on the anti-aliased lines hack I included? I
really want to see it in, otherwise I will still have to roll my own
version with it, and don't underestimate the popularity of googleearth
(closed sourced unfortunatly).
