Same thing in the US:
#baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/$basearch/os
returns a 404 error;

mirrorlist=http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=rawhide&arch=$basearch 
returns: No results found for country: global
# Defaulting to global
