Not 100% sure.

Thats actually the important but unsupported by X bit right now. Its got
render acceleration so can support EXA which is important for compositing
and friends.

Sounds promising

The Geode is not bad at video because it does have hardware colour conversion
and scaling overlay logic in most variants of the support chip.
