Bugzilla dupes attack

That's a cause of a number of dupes.  Users care about bugs; if a report
on the same bug is closed, they won't need to report the same problem
(as it is presumably resolved and the closed report will tell the
resolution).

A convenient shortcut that would be useful for Fedora would be a way to
search "current" releases by default (e.g. 4, fc5t2, and devel at the
moment).
