Fixing R300 hangs

Hi,

With the patches required to prevent the hangs, is DRI working fine for
you?

As I previously reported (cf. DRI permission problem in this list), I'm
getting "Operation not permitted" when trying to use DRI and libGL
reverts back to (slow) indirect rendering with my ATI FireGL X1 (9700
chipset, r300 driver).

Cheers,

	Émeric
