yum updates kudzu but not its relative devel and debuginfo packages

kudzu-devel and kudzu-debuginfo packages most likely don't specifically
depend on the exact version of kudzu-1.2.16-1, therefor when you update
kudzu, no deps have been broken, and thus the other kudzu packages won't
be touched.
