Kernel panic on boot with ATI RADEON 9200 AGP

since FC2 to last devel kernel 2.6.15-1.1881_FC5 I've a kernel panic 
when I try to boot with Radeon 9200 AGP 

I try to pass kernel :
pci=routeirq
agpgart
acpi=on/off
ide=nodma
nousb
noapic
nofb
without results.

The motherboard is an AsRock P4i45GV with Intel Celeron 2.6Mhz
