FAT patent uphelp, now what?

I have a feeling it will be appealed again. FAT is not a novel or
non-obvious format - file allocation tables have been used since the
inception of SCSI drives and even as far back (home use) as 1984 with
the Sinclair ZX Microdrive and BBC "floopy" drives.
