Jeff was (is?) thinking about a feature to do manual diffs between config
file within the RPM package and the installed config file in filesystem.

But this feature maybe (nobody knows, yet) will never reach any Fedora Core
or RHEL release, because upstream RPM could change it's license for Fedora/
Red Hat when the FAB decision mismatches with vision of RPM upstream...
