mirrorlist cgi - URLs not ending in country code ?

OK, thanks. I guess the mirrorlist cgi would use the GeoLite DB 
{http://www.maxmind.com/app/geoip_country} which suggests:
Accuracy Approximately 97%. I could imagine that there would be a large 
amount of changes per day, and hence impossible to keep it truely up2date.
