Totem and ogg vorbis/theora (was: Re: rawhide report: 20060727 changes)

Ogg vorbis/theora files work fine for me with Totem. You might want to
bugzilla any failure, since it's supposed to be supported by default
(free formats, unlike mp3 and real media).

One thing that might help here would be to update libtheora :
