The latest announcement is about automated testing.  Red Hat is donating
a testing framework, along with many of their already compiled tests.
AFAIK it's then up to the Fedora committee to decide how to proceed.

Each test is packaged as a separate rpm.  Presumably Fedora will have a
central testing server that runs all of the tests it knows about on a
regular schedule (nightly?) and post the results.  The rpm for any failed
test can be downloaded and run locally on your local machine; hopefully
allowing you to debug the problem on your own machine.  The community at
large should eventually be able to create and submit additional tests
that will go into the rotation.

But this is all just freshly announced and none of the above is really in
place yet.  Watch the testing.108.redhat.com page for more information;
or join the info at testing.108.redhat.com mailing list if you're really
interested.
