fedora core 5 php-eaccelerator

there is a serious bug related to php-eaccelerator.
if the httpd-service is restarted things are pretty messed ( scripts are
not working correctly anymore ).
as a workaround is removed the /var/cache/php-eaccelerator/* in the
httpd stop script.
