Yes I put NFS in there. It actually does mount it. Here is the output:

[root at myhost ~]# xenguest-install.py
What is the name of your virtual machine? myhost2
How much RAM should be allocated (in megabytes)? 256
What would you like to use as the disk (path)? /xen/myhost2
What is the install location? nfs:myserver:/images/fedora/fc5
Invalid NFS location given

[root at myhost ~]# df -t nfs
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
myserver:/images/fedora/fc5
                     421073536 111936288 287747936 29% /var/lib/xen/xennfs.xm-YwG
