Where is libtool-ltdl-devel in FC5?

Hi,
    I've a simple question: Where is libtool-ltdl-devel in FC5?

Please don't tell me that the libltdl.h and libltdl.so.xxx has been
merged in libtool and libtool-ltdl and that there's no DEVEL package!
