Realistically, for this to happen, there needs to be the following
a) A community of users working to get an initial unofficial release
ready and out (cf the original x86_64 and ppc releases in FC1 and FC3,
respectively)
b) See what sort of uptake there is. There's going to have to be a
community to support the effort, especially as one requirement is going
to be active testing and helping with problems in Extras
c) Figure out a plan to get build support in Extras -- this involves
getting a box(es) that is suitable for the colo facility
