Rawhide is the path to FC6, not the path to FC5 Updates.  There are things 
that may land in rawhide that make the package noncompatible with FC5, like a 
compiler update, or a new version of GTK or something like that.  This is why 
updates-testing exists, packages built in the FC5+updates environment 
designed to install in said environment, while rawhide can roll forward in 
its path to FC6.
