Would a respin of at least the rescue ISO be (theoretically) possible?

Personally I'm thinking of the rather annoying X11 bug that was in the
FC4 installer *and* the installed version that caused graphical install
to be unusable, and X to be unusable until you installed the updated
X11. Apparently that wasn't even bad enough for a respin.
