rpm broken ?

NO

[root at client ~]# audit2allow -d
/usr/bin/audit2allow: No AVC messages found.

[root at client ~]# restorecon -v /usr/lib/libsql*
[root at client ~]#

/sbin/ldconfig

The Problem still persists:

[root at client ~]# rpm
rpm: error while loading shared libraries: libsqlite3.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: Error 27

iam unable to use yum, iam unable to install anything with rpm

what is this ?
