Instead fixing all <foo>-config scripts better will be remove them all
and move all <foo> lib detections to use pkgconfig.
This allow strip down entrophy on this area instead enlarging ..

Why ?
IIRC last /%{_lib}, /sbin and /bin binary which was requires glib
(pam_console) was rewrited week or two ago for not use libglib.
What more requires this on boot stage ?
