What's up with elfutils?

Now ? nothing.
Current binutils strip can handle output stipped data to separated file.
Currently eu-strip is used only in 
/usr/lib/rpm/find-debuginfo.sh script and s/eu-strip/strip/ will allow
drop elfutils.
