Propose Emacs 22 for Fedora Core 7

Just to add another +1, I've been using emacs22 checked out from CVS
periodically over the past 6 months, and it's already a lot more
stable than a lot of release versions of other software (think Gaim).
I am sure emacs22, even at this point, is ready for inclusion.
