As someone who has been running rawhide since pre-FC1: no, it does not,
to my continuing amazement. Yes, the rawhide tree may not always be
installable or upgradable, if you meant to say that you're right. But once
you get the software on your disk it is usable almost all the time.

And it has not eaten my babies yet.
