Yeah, something has one horribly wrong with rawhide a11y, probably
temporary. In the the meantime, something like
> gconftool-2 -s "/desktop/gnome/interface/accessibility" false --type
bool
> unset GTK_MODULES
might get you running gnome stuff without a11y enabled.
