HZ value changed from 250 to 1000 in the latest updated kernel

...as well as earlier 2.6 kernels had 1000 too, but now it has the 
default of 250 (with the possibility to re-compile kernel with values of 
100 and 1000 for some specific targets). It seems that default of 1000 
is not applicable for the upstream kernel now...
