updating db4 to 4.5.20

RPM uses its own db present in its source tarball, so I think the update
of db4 won't help you with this problem as RPM isn't dependent at all on
the external db4.

You may want to try rpm --rebuilddb, if it won't help, file a bug
against RPM.
