I had something like that in mind, though I'm not sure that I'd want to
replace hal-device-manager, its current view is surely useful for people
who need to deal with HAL directly. There's a reason why I use
ethereal/wireshark and not tcpdump, I'm sure not everybody likes
lshal ;-). Please open an RFE to that effect.
