Filing FC7T3 bugs against "test3" vs. "devel"

This would seriously save me effort in future releases. :)

Yes, that's the plan. I'm going through the last of them right now. In a few
minutes, there will be no bugs against any test release (test# or fc#test#)
that aren't in either CLOSED or NEEDINFO. 

I'm also going to go through the test# NEEDINFOs and see what should be
moved and what should just be closed now. Then, after a waiting period of a
few more weeks, move all NEEDINFO fc#test#s to their corresponding final
release, marked INSUFFICIENT_DATA.

At that point, someone @redhat.com can bulk-move all the CLOSED test# and
fc#test# bugs somewhere (ideally in the database rather than the front end
to avoid completely useless bugzilla mail spew and because of how long this
would take). And *then*, all the test release versions can and should be
removed.


PS: thanks to all the owners humoring me as I stir up hornets under their
bug reports. :)
