You might want add "...in perpetuity" into the agreement.

     "Redistributable in perpetuity, no modification permitted"

Unless barred by local/regional law(s), this will insure that the 
agreement is "in perpetuity"; therefore, remain binding and enforceable 
even after the owner change hand either through merger and/or acquisition.

The key is obtaining a perpetual license agreement.
