It is not code. Questions need to be answered from Red Hat Legal. There 
is no point in working on a alternative that we cannot include otherwise.

Yes. I have seen that. Just pointing directly to Fluendo is not really a 
acceptable solution. That has been made clearly already. See the FAB 
list discussions for details.
