* atime is a feature necessary to provide certain features to
applications, such as time-based clean ups.
* lack of atime in a filesystem cause functional regressions.

SELinux is completely optional and doesn't cause functional regression.

ignoring any counterarguments and demonstrated your lack of

Well, actually I think Fedora is derailing due to its leadership
committing one mistake after the other.
