yum update openssh--> infinite loop on dependency check

on my Rawhide system, I tried "yum update openssh" and yum went to
infinite loop. it was showing the checking libssl, libcrypto, libldap
et el over and over again.


BTW, I know openssh has broken dependency.  But I was expecting yum to
display no libssl ... and stop.

yum-3.2.7-2.fc9
