Ugh, this package has pingponged in and out of Fedora...  I'm not
entirely sure why it showed up again.

I'm going to check with Warren.  It was blocked from f8-final, but
that's not part of the inheritance chain, so I think it was supposed to
be blocked from dist-f8 and up.
