The Provides/Obsoletes are now modified from:

Obsoletes:      tetex <= 3.0
Provides:       tetex = 3.1

to:

Obsoletes:      tetex < 3.0-99
Provides:       tetex = 3.0-99

Hopefully it's fixed now.
