Package Review Process wiki page and Fedora Update System

Hi all,

I've been noticing that on several occasions, new packagers would get
their packages approved, and then not submit the package to Fedora
Update System. There's thus a delay before the package is available on
stable releases.

It just occured to me to check the Package Review Process page on the
wiki today, and it turns out that it does not mention Bodhi at all.
Should this be added?

If so, should new packages be submitted as stable or testing? My
personal opinion is stable for any distributions tested by the
packager and reviewer, and testing for other distributions (with the
caveat that a package for any distribution can't go stable before a
newer distribution)

Regards,
