flash-plugin-9.0.115.0 v. nspluginwrapper

Ever since Adobe released 9.0.115.0 a few days ago, it has had 
tremendous new problems especially with nspluginwrapper.  We are 
currently not able to isolate the problem to nspluginwrapper or Adobe Flash.

Can other people please test these four scenarios for themselves and 
report back here in this list thread?
