Move from TeTeX to TeXLive

I asked Michael about adoption of texjive already about month ago and
got this reply:

Due to increased work, a book I'm writing, and a new hobby (snake
breeding) - I've pretty much decided to just be a user for awhile (of
both Fedora and LaTeX) so that tex packaging I was looking into - I'm
not updating what's there anymore, it's dead.

So I asked about the texjive project adoption:

So I decided to base the texlive packaging on the Michael's work and the
packages should enter the review process shortly.
