Release process

This page refers to a release process "proposed" at the Fedora Summit a few months ago:

1) Curious if this been "approved" or "finalized" somewhere else or if this is what we decided to do and can adopted as the current process?

2) The section on "rawhide" refers to a "rawhide repo"... will there be an actual repo named "rawhide" or is this assumed to be the current "development" repo?
