FC7t1 + kickstart

I saw this last month in rawhide. My internal notes say, "TODO: %post 
broken in 2007-01-21 rawhide due to apparent shuffling of 
setStepList/installSteps".

Is it *still* ignoring %post in fc7t1? Ugh.
