I'm running a large number of GNOME application on my KDE desktop and
they integrate nicely.

KDE:
Skin: Plastik 
Icons: Umicons.

GNOME: (Forced using .gtkrc)
Skin: Clearlooks.
Icons: Gant.Xfce
