Inclusion of Grub 2 in FC7 ?

If someone wants to submit packages, then I think that would be great to
help make progress on getting it more ready for a switch for a future
release.  There are definitely a number of reasons why it would be nice
to be able to switch, but the last time I looked, there were also a few
important things missing for actually switching -- we really need to be
able to have pretty close to parity on the features that we use by
default[1]
