Lets not forget that it is hard _CORRECT_ work.  You do all the hard work you 
want, but if the product of that work is not as good as something else, guess 
what, we're going to go with the something else.  This isn't about quantity 
of work done (or emails sent, or volume of speakers), it's about quality of 
produced products.
